The Sad Reality
For twenty years I worked with men in a variety of capacities and contexts. I’ve contributed to the success of men seeking to improve their performance in athletics, military pursuits, the corporate arena, as well as in their marriage and with their family.
In my time with thousands of men a surprising trend has emerged.
Most of these men have been caught in a toxic shame system which placed the notions of “goodness”, “oughtness”, and “rightness” in opposition to personal desires for peace, happiness, and fulfillment.
The result has been a serious disconnect within, well…life itself.
Common is the man who wants to enjoy certain aspects of life: joking, cussing, having hot sex with his super-hot SO, drinks on Friday and golf on Sunday. However, I’ve witnessed this man feel robbed of the peace and joy he sought in these endeavors because he felt they were at odds with what he’d been taught concerning the good and right aspects of living.
Men have sought support from various institutions and organizations, like religion, academia, and family counseling. Ironically, their desire to be “good” men drew them into systems and structures which ultimately left them feeling “not good enough”.

The Challenge is part of the Vision
You probably have a decent vision of what you want your life to be–the joy you’d like to experience and the legacy you’d like to leave. At the very least–you know what you don’t want. The value we bring is helping you articulate your vision, commit to it, and move forward through the key steps to bring it to fruition.
Countless examples have given us valuable insight into how you ended up how and where you are. The path to get to where you want is waiting. We will lay it out in challenging, but achievable, steps.
If your vision isn’t challenging–it’s basically just a foggy idea of where your life will lead if you don’t make adjustments. The sooner you begin the journey in the direction you really want–the sooner you’ll quit regretting the past and relishing the future.
